These terms apply when you buy anything from LearnerLens. Please read them before you order — particularly the no-diagnosis clause and the refund terms.
4.No diagnosisExisting wording
LearnerLens does not diagnose, confirm, rule out, or treat any medical, psychological, psychiatric, neurological, developmental, behavioural, or learning condition. This includes, without limitation, conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, anxiety, depression, or any other disorder or diagnosis.

8.DeliveryExisting wording
Reports and packs are delivered digitally within the turnaround stated on the product you bought. You are responsible for checking your spam or junk folders for delivery.
Every purchase is also saved permanently to your LearnerLens account, so you are never dependent on an email arriving.
10.ChargebacksExisting wording
Where a payment is reversed after work has been delivered, we reserve the right to dispute it with proof of order, checkbox acceptance, email delivery records, timestamps, and work completed.
11.RefundsExisting wording
No refunds are given once work has begun, once a deliverable has been generated, or on the basis of disagreement with an educational interpretation produced in good faith.
If something has genuinely gone wrong — the wrong pack, a report that does not match the work you sent, a delivery that never arrived — tell us and we will put it right. This clause exists to cover interpretation, not our mistakes.
What you are buying
A teacher-reviewed educational support document, prepared for one named learner, from the work and observations you supply. It is not tutoring, not a homework completion service, not a replacement for teaching, and not an assessment or diagnostic service. We do not guarantee marks or results.
You may share your report with your child's school, teacher or tutor. We cannot control or guarantee how a third party will interpret or use it.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the learner, or are authorised to act for them, and that you have the right to share the work and information you upload with us.
