Ages 5 – 7
Parent-led intake
You answer every question yourself. Nothing is asked of your child directly, and the report is written for you to read.
Ages 8 – 12
Parent + learner intake
You complete the main sections. Your child answers a shorter, age-appropriate set in their own words.
Ages 13 – 18
Teen-led, parent-authorised
Your teen completes their own sections. You authorise the profile and add the context only a parent has.
